The difference between ENDURE-lite and ENDURE
- Help and guidance with setting goals and getting started with fitness, nutrition and submission.
- Experience a remote D/s dynamic with the possibility of meeting in person if geography allows.
- An interactive online course, run by Louise Payn, Fitness Domme. Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. Fitness Programme provided.
Outcomes:
- Become fitness, healthier and more submissive.
- Build a dynamic with a Dominant woman, grow your submissive side and find a kinky connection.
- Learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle under the guidance of a Fitness Domme. Louise Payn, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Dominatrix.
The difference between ENDURE-lite and ENDURE
- Both ENDURE and ENDURE-lite are a Fitness Domination Experience that are open-ended. ENDURE-lite is 4 weeks long. When the course ends and if Coach Louise is happy with your progress, then you will have the option to extend to the full 8 weeks or a total of 12 weeks, beyond the 12 weeks, you move onto 'SUBMIT' which is a long-term D/s relationship with Louise Payn, Fitness Domme.
