Some notes to help you settle in..
You will have had your first session with Coach Louise and received your programme for the first week. Here is a recap:
- You will have an email with instructions for the week, a shared spreadsheet with a food diary and a page for likes, limits, rewards and punishments.
- Your goals for the period have been set by Coach Louise. Ensure you are clear about your goals and check in with Coach Louise if anything is not clear.
- Daily tasks will be in the following categories: Meditation, Flexibility, Cardio, Resistance, Masturbation, Devotion, Nutrition, Wildcard.
- You will download the Waking Up App and request a scholarship (this will give you access to the app for free), start the beginners meditation.
- You will join the WeWards app and use the referral code: FascinatingFish2444
- You will send videos of your workouts and your masturbation to Coach Louise via WeTransfer.
- Remember that we are starting slowly with your training and there will be consequences for not completing tasks as well as consequences for doing too much. You may be tempted to try and do more, but that is a punishable offence as much as not doing enough is, so if anything is not clear or if any task feels too much or too little for you then discuss this with Coach Louise, but do NOT do more or less until cleared by Coach Louise.
