- Q: What are your qualifications?
- A: I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Fitness Instructor. There are no formal qualifications to be a Domme, however I have spent the last 9 years learning from other Dommes on the scene, as well as attending online and in-person workshops and training camps, as well as reading extensively on subjects, such as FemDom, Humiliation, Negotiation, Consent, Impact Play, Caning, D/s, Discipline.
- Q: What is Your level of experience?
- A: I have been active on the Lifestyle scene since 2017 and doing Fitness Domination professionally since 2020. I teach fitness and yoga full-time. My experience includes: Negotiation, Consent, Risk Profiles, Impact Play, Bondage, Anal Play, Feminisation, Fitness Domination, Position Training via yoga. I also have extensive experience of remote online domination, in particular in the realms of Fitness Domination, however I incorporate other aspects of submissive training into those programmes.
- Q: What courses/programmes do you teach?
- Q: How long are your courses?
- A: The initial commitment for Obey, Endure and Grovel are all 4 weeks with an option to extend thereafter.
- Q: Can I sign up for the full 8 week programme?
- A: It depends on your level of commitment. I do not offer refunds, so if you are fully committed to the 8 weeks of training, then you may sign up to the 8 weeks. This is at My discretion.
- Q: What happens after 8 weeks?
- A: Dependant on how things go, I may offer you a open-ended renewal option. This is taken on a case-by-case basis, and I have to enjoy having you around, as this then starts to get to the level of a deeper dynamic.
- Q: Do you teach any mixed yoga classes? I.e. Dommes and subs?
- A: I occasionally attend lifestyle kink events where I am asked to teach yoga classes. This is a good opportunity to get to know Me in person. I also occasionally do short workshops, where I talk about My Fitness Domination courses.
- Q: What shall I call You?
- A: You may call Me Louise or Coach Louise until I say otherwise. If I have responded to one of your messages or engaged with please do not assume that we are in a dynamic and that you have the privilege to call Me via any honorific. Honoriifics are allowed to be used when we are in a dynamic.
- Q: Are You looking for new submissives?
- A: I currently have a few positions left for submissives. You may apply by filling in My enquiry form.
- Q: Can I be Your slave?
- A: I engage with submissives and not slaves. I have nothing against people who choose to be slaves, it is simply my experience so far in this community that I prefer a dynamic with a submissive over a dynamic with a slave.
- Q: Can I send You a gift?
- A: I welcome gifts and tributes. I have dabbled a little in FinDom, and I do enjoy it. If you are interested in discussing this further, you may send Me a tribute and a message stating your interest.
- Q: Why haven’t you responded to my message yet?
- A: I don’t spend all day responding to messages. If I haven’t responded, it means I am busy doing other things. I may even have read your message and be contemplating my response. Sending a follow up message will NOT get you a response quicker, in fact sending multiple follow up messages will get you blocked.
- Q: Can we talk about my fitness routine?
- A: As one of My Fitness Submissives, this is something that we will discuss on an ongoing basis, as well as your submission to Me, in addition, you may chat to Me on Niteflirt, or FinMessage, or you could phone Me on Dommeline, Niteflirt or Fancall.
- Q: I was just wondering how You dominate someone through fitness?
- A: Fitness Domination (My style):
- A session: You perform exercises as commanded by Me. Carrot and stick. Punishments given according to bad performance, rewards given according to good performance. (I only session with submissives who have completed at least one of My four-week courses).
- A Course: We meet for an hour (online) on a weekly basis (4 or 8 week course) you are given fitness and submissive tasks to prepare for each session. You report back to Me on your progress and are tested on the tasks during each session. Punishments or rewards given according to performance. (Building an ongoing dynamic)
- A: Fitness Domination (My style):
- Q: May I ask You a question?
- A: You just did, my time has been wasted. Just ask the question. Asking permission to ask is tantamount to wasting time, which I don't encourage as it is precious.
- Q: Thinking about attempting 30 mins exercise a day for this year, do you (as a fitness Domme) think it’s possible?
- A: As a Fitness Domme, I do not have access to your diary to tell how much time you have available to dedicate to 30 minutes of exercise per day. Nor do I know anything about your level of motivation, so I am afraid, (as a Fitness Domme or not) I cannot answer that question.
- Q: I saw you do fitness sessions and yoga so I was wondering what is the punishments for not keeping to the program?
- A: That is totally dependant on your preferences. I don't have 'standard punishments' as everyone is different.
- Q: How do remote punishments work?
- A: You will let Me know what would feel like a punishment as a starting point and I then develop these into punishments that you would want to avoid.
- Q: What if I just don't do the tasks?
- A: Then you would be wasting your time and money by doing the training with Me. Just like with remote D/s, both people have to subscribe to the agreement and be faithful to it.
- Q: What if I am a brat?
- A: Then you may be better placed finding a different trainer. I do not work with brats.
