Course Content:
Learn about the philosophy behind Yoga and how it can be used as a framework to enhance your kink journey.
Learn how to correctly execute basic yoga poses and how to use them as positions of submission within your dynamic or within a scene.
An interactive online course, run by Louise Payn, Fitness Domme. Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. Homework will be issued.
Outcomes:
You will take away tools to enhance your dynamic/relationship/kink journey, you will learn a short yoga sequence you can use as a daily practise.
Singles and couples welcome, relevant to Dominants as well as submissives.

Tuesday Evening Class for Graduates
To support you in continuing your yoga and kink journey after the course, I do a Tuesday evening online class for my Class Graduates. You may apply to be fast tracked into this class by purchasing the instructions on the poses and learning them without the live guidance of Louise Payn.
